Spiezle has a new career opportunity as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will work with a Principal in project planning, conceptual design, development, and presentations, to produce a final product in conjunction with the work of other architects, engineers, and technicians. Responsible for planning and conducting work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Functions in the role of project leader and handles project management tasks as well as coordinate design and technical aspects. Prepares and monitors work force determinations, budget estimating and monitoring, fee estimating, and scheduling. Must portray a mature, professional image and represent the company with a positive approach and attitude among internal and external contacts. The position may also require site-planning, oversight of construction documents and/or bid/contract management.
This open position of Project Architect at Spiezle requires a licensed professional, with senior living and Revit experience preferred.
The position's key areas of focus include: mentoring lesser experienced and/or unlicensed technical team members; applying sound architectural and/or design techniques, methodologies, and principles to project approach; and working independently on all projects varying in size and scope.
An exceptionally hands-on production role, Spiezle is looking for an Architectural Designer, preferrably with education/science lab and Revit experience.
The Architectural Designer that we are seeking is an up-and-coming architectural professional who is actively pursuing fulfillment of the requirements to sit for the architectural registration exams. Participates in various phases of the design process for multiple projects. Receives supervision, guidance, and training under the stewardship of a licensed architect.
Spiezle is currently hiring for a Construction Administrator. The successful individual will serve as the reliable and competent liason between architect/engineer team(s) and the owner/construction manager. The individual will serve as the key point person with field staff on all design-related issues, and will be responsible for, and take ownership of, the quality and timely completion of assigned projects.
We are now looking for an Interior Designer. Seeking a professional with 2-5 years’ experience in diverse contract interiors projects ranging from Healthcare, Education, Corporate, and other institutional facilities; Proficiency in Revit/BIM, Auto/CAD required; Proficiency in Illustrator, Sketch up, and Photoshop required; Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively both in written format and in all forms of oral presentation; Ability to multi-task and establish priorities; works independently; Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment; and Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
We are currently seeking a Landscape Architect. We request anywhere from 1-4 years' relevant landscape design experience; Proficiency in Illustrator, Sketch up, and Photoshop required; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe CS and Sketch up is required; Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively both in written format and in all forms of oral presentation; LEEDga highly desired.
