The employee-owners at the firm believe in the motto of “work hard and play hard”. The company supports various employee organized activities such as a summer golf league and a bowling league. Augmenting these activities, the Spiezle social committee is responsible for organizing various events throughout the year including BBQ’s, potluck lunches, super bowl parties, and a year end holiday party.
Team members who experience personal or family challenges are afforded flexibility in work schedule to address their personal compelling situations.
Our team members also enjoy designated summer work hours and designated dress-down days to balance the tremendous responsibility of our work through a casual work environment.
Spiezle University was created for employees to use as a resource for books, articles, and other professional development programs to assure knowledge sharing, learning, and professional development never ends. We offer numerous developmental and educational programs weekly, monthly, and at various intervals throughout the year. Other venues of learning include podcasts/webinars, in-house training, and Lunch n’ Learns facilitated by our consultants, vendors, and manufacturers (some are CPE unit approved). Our professional team meets for adhoc design reviews, charettes, and other brainstorming activities. In addition, our formal mentoring program is well underway to assist members of the firm with their professional growth and development.
