Scott Spiezle’s reputation as an award-winning, internationally recognized building scientist has kept Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. on the cutting edge of architectural design, green building principles, and architectural technology.
As Chairman, Scott is responsible for maintaining the Firm’s philosophy of providing exceptional design, outstanding client service, and unquestionable business integrity. Scott sets his expectations high for every person within the firm; always striving to raise the caliber of service.
In 1991, he guided the writing of the Firm’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Survey Manual, which has been licensed to the State of New Jersey for its use in achieving ADA compliance in over 10,000 state-owned buildings. Scott speaks frequently on the Title II portion of the Act that covers public entities and conducted ADA training for all architects and engineers employed by the City of Philadelphia.

Robert Kellner, AIA has over 30 years of progressive and diverse experience, and he managed and designed projects in the U.S. totaling over 25 million square feet.
His projects include major mixed-use developments, commercial, public, hospitality, residential, healthcare, interiors, and adaptive re-use and city/master planning for sustainable growth. He also has experience internationally in Asia, The Middle East, and India, as well as having worked with the country’s leading names in finance and retail development, and Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Kellner’s strength is in the management, design, and direction of teams to produce complex projects. His experience combined with his leadership and team-management skills keeps his projects aligned with their goals.
His roots are design-based and his experience and responsibilities have always been with the entire process, operations and financial operations of the work, as well as those of entire segments of firms and firms themselves. He has both designed and directed the development of some of the largest projects in the country including the 57-floor Republic Tower in Denver for SOM, the 4-city-block James Center in Richmond, Bank of America Florida Headquarters Tower in Tampa and the master plan for Bank of America’s Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte. He has also done substantial work in healthcare, higher education, public assembly, hospitality and residential, in addition to the large amounts of high-level interiors and account work.
David M. Rosenberg, Esq., is a Principal at Marsh Creek Corporate Services, a privately-owned holding company providing management, financial, human resources, and information services to affiliated and non-affiliated companies.
Rosenberg has more than 25 years of corporate executive leadership and management experience including mergers and acquisitions and employee ownership transition. Prior to Marsh Creek, Rosenberg served as Principal/Executive Vice President of Environmental Compliance Services, Inc. (ECS) in Exton, Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Penn State University and Howard University School of Law, Rosenberg serves on the Board of Advisors at Penn State University, Great Valley Campus.
David holds a variety of leadership positions in several community organizations including President, Board of Directors at Champions of Caring; Board Member, Chester County Futures; Chairman, Board of Governors at Josephson Institute of Ethics; Board Member, Jewish Family and Children’s Services; and Board Member, Montessori Children’s House of Valley Forge.
David’s selfless leadership and community service has earned him many past honors including Great Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce – Businessman of the Year; Penn State Mount Nittany Society – Outstanding Leadership and Philanthropic Support; and a two-time recipient of the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania – Leadership Recognition Award. David’s most recent honor is the 2008 Leadership Foundation Award – Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund.
David resides in Villanova, PA., with his wife Margie and their three children Melanie, Jaimie, and Andrew.
Jim Lynch is a founding partner of Patriot Financial Partners, a private equity investment fund focusing on investments in the community banking sector throughout the United States.
Prior to Patriot, Lynch held several top leadership positions within major banking entities including Sovereign Bancorp., Fleet Bank, Summit Bank, Summit Bancorp., Prime Bank, Midlantic Bank, and Continental Bancorp. His professional banking career spans over 39 years.
A graduate of LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA, Jim is a longtime member and immediate past Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees. Jim is the recipient of LaSalle’s Prestigious John J. Finley, ’24 Alumni Award for his outstanding dedication to the university, and he received the university’s Leadership Award.
Mr. Lynch is active in several professional and civic organizations including Board Member and Trustee, Holy Redeemer Health Systems; Board Member, Police Athletic League, Philadelphia, PA; Board Member, Special Olympics, Pennsylvania; and Board Member, The Reinvestment Fund (TRF). He is the founding board member of LaSalle Academy, a private inner city elementary school serving economically disadvantaged children in Philadelphia.
Jim’s strong dedication to his community has earned him many honors including the Richard J. Caron Award of Excellence, Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia Touching a Life Award, and the Philadelphia Eagles Fly for Leukemia Lifetime Achievement Award.
Jim resides in Lafayette Hill, PA., with his wife, Kathleen.
