May - June Project Announcements

Trenton, NJ (June 19, 2007) – Spiezle Group, Inc. (SGI) is pleased to announce the award of several new projects to kick-start the summer months.

SGI continues aiding Rider University in their growth and expansion efforts with the award of a New Residence Hall project. This project will consist of 3- and 4-story buildings to house 152-beds in suite and apartment configurations. The project will be designed to obtain a LEED™-Silver Certification.

Pennsbury School District and their Board of Education awarded SGI the Makefield Elementary School project (addition and renovations). SGI also completed the feasibility study for the District in Fall of 2006. Scott E. Downie, AIA, LEED™ ap, Principal-in-Charge of this project, noted “It will involve a creative modern addition to a historic building, and will enable us to flex our sustainable design muscles. We are very excited to continue our work in the Pennsylvania market.”

SGI is also pleased to announce the contract award with Paramount Hotel Group. SGI will provide LEED™ and energy-efficiency consulting services, including commissioning, energy modeling, and daylight modeling on a new 180,000 Sq. Ft., 220-bed hotel planned for Berkeley Heights, NJ area.
