Spartanburg, SC – December 12, 2011 – Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Zane J. Meadors has recently joined the firm in South Carolina as its new Business Development Manager, where his main focus will be to expand the awareness of the firm throughout the Carolinas.
Mr. Meadors is a successful entrepreneur who was most recently the Business Development Manager for Melloul-Blamey Construction, an international construction company. He was responsible for developing bidding opportunities in the Carolinas and Georgia. Prior to that position, he was a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Developer for Windsor-Aughtry Co., where he handled all brokerage and development of real estate in the Southeastern Region of the United States. As a former Owner/Operating Partner for Meadors Sandwich Co. and Meadors’ Peanut Co., Mr. Meadors gained experience in the management and development of new markets, while dedicating himself to the highest of client satisfaction.
Mr. Meadors graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Graphic Design and is a member of Sterling Hope Center Board, Christ Episcopal Church, Project Host, Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and Young Entrepreneurs Organization where he is the founding member of the Greenville Chapter. He is also professionally affiliated with Urban Land Institute (ULI), SCEDA, USGBC, AIA, CCIM Candidate, Realtor, and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
