TD Bank Branch Receives LEED Gold Certification

TD Bank has begun an initiative to construct new prototype facilities that integrate the principles of sustainable design to achieve a LEED Gold status and reduce construction costs, while maintaining the corporate branding and aesthetics.  Recently, the facility in Farmingdale, NY received its LEED Gold Certification.

Features include:

• Photovoltaics at drive through and entry canopies
• Non-toxic, recycled content interior finishes
• Increased energy efficient HVAC equipment
• Increased building envelope insulation
• Improved lighting efficiency and day-lighting harvesting

• Denville, NJ - LEED™ Designed for Gold Certification (construction complete—LEED Certification pending)
• Farmingdale, NY - LEED™ Gold Certified
• Annandale, VA- Designed for Gold Certification (construction complete—LEED Certification pending)
