Facilities and Energy Master Plan

Spiezle Architectural Group is responsible for the architectural and engineering services for the preparation of a Facilities Master Plan for Bucks County Community College’s three campuses.  The Master Plan includes:

A complete space review of the three campuses considering the short and long term needs to comply with educational goals.

A complete Facilities Condition Study recommending repairs, renovations and replacement of all exterior and interior Building Components, HVAC Equipment, Controls and Distribution Systems, All Utility Systems and the Exterior Walkways and Parking Areas

An Energy Efficiency Review of the current Utility Systems and Equipment with a focus on future installations for Bucks County Community College to become more efficient in its use of energy.
