Most recently, Spiezle has developed concepts for a New Culinary Arts program for Burlington County College. The project entails the renovations of two existing buildings constructed in 1814 and 1965, and addition under Phase 1. Further a link/atrium space is proposed to tie into the existing adjacent campus building under Phase 2. The 1814 building is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. Spiezle is working with historic consultants to preserve the original design and restore the building to the 1814 period architecture.

The building will showcase the latest trends for culinary art studies with new hospitality labs and will contain flexible teaching space with an adjacent new café.
