Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. provided programming and a conceptual design for a proposed mixed-use development project in the downtown business district of Toms River, NJ. The new proposed facility includes: A 5-story parking garage and an adjacent 5-story building to house retail and commercial space with residential above.
