This single-story alteration and additions project is a total of 68,633 Sq. Ft. The project includes an addition to the lobby and renovations to the media center, cafeteria, exterior windows and doors, frames, and hardware, abetment of old flooring titles, new VCT flooring, and replacement of the gymnasium wood bleachers.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning additions and alterations included replacement of all classroom unity ventilators, new air conditioning systems for classrooms and the cafeteria, and replacement of gymnasium heating and ventilation system, and replacement of the boiler system.

Fire protection sprinkler systems throughout the building were installed. The electrical and communication system included the relocation of fire alarm devices, upgrade of exit and emergency lighting, replacement of electrical service and main switchboard, and the replacement of branch circuit wiring in the entire school.
