This was a 1,600 s.f. building that had multiple scenarios such as retail, commercial & residential which were incorporated into all of the burn scenarios.  There were 5 interior fire places that were all gas controlled and operated through the control tower which was a separate 700 s.f. building.  There was also an auditorium area that was able to be filled with smoke to teach the public how to evacuate a theatre in case of a fire.
