The Old Bridge Township Board of Education approved a plan to consolidate the district’s two High Schools onto one campus. The existing Middle School, which is linked to the adjacent High School via a decorative bridge, was renovated and converted into the district’s Ninth Grade Center. The consolidated High School received major additions and renovations that included a new Main Entrance, two-story Academic Wing, Media Center, and Cafeteria with a food court style service Kitchen. Extensive site improvements provided new vehicular parking and circulation including designated student drop off/pick up areas for parents and buses. The overall referendum project also included additions and/or renovations to all sixteen of the district’s schools.
