Spiezle Architectural Group completed a feasibility study of 6 sites to determine the best potential location for a new Borough Hall. The current Borough Hall consists of several antiquated, inefficient and undersized facilities that have reached the end of their useful life.  In order to determine the most effective alternatives for the Borough to reach its long term objectives and continue to provide high levels of service, the completion of a feasibility study was needed.

The feasibility study process determined the most efficient alternatives which will lead to the development of a cost effective facility that provides the Borough with a high quality project to reach its long term objectives and continue to provide high levels of service while maintaining value.

After concluding the feasibility study, the most appropriate site has been selected, and Spiezle Architectural Group had been contracted to design the addition to a building for the new home of the municipal offices.
