Project Details

Due to expanding enrollment, an increased number of summer programs hosting international students, and to enhance the diversity of their housing stock, the University has is moving forward after an intensive competitive proposal process.

The project proposed 152-bed individual bedrooms, multiple three-story apartments and suites units. The design of these living spaces are 3-4 bedrooms, multi-fixture baths, a common living area, kitchen, and washer and dryer.
