Employing a detailed master planning process, options to address the expanding needs of Rowan University on their Camden, NJ campus were explored. This process ultimately resulted in a concept for a 5-story, 60,000 sq. ft. academic building and a new public face for the University’s presence in the downtown university district. Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc.’s process encompassed; site selection planning and assessment of local building restriction impacts; program development; development of building system criteria; and formalization of a comprehensive planning document.

Our investigative process included facilitation of a detailed program development process; knitting together diverse requirements from various departments and multiple university constituency groups to form a final building program for the master plan process.
