Winberies, located in the heart of historic Princeton contracted with SAG for interior renovations and upgrades to façade elements. The project entailed the expansion of seating in the bar area by removal of unused storage space; removal of a separation wall in dining room to allow for better flow within the space and the ability to accommodate larger parties; new travertine floor tile in main dining area; new decorative lighting throughout; exterior windows had new lighting added; LED lighting was added to the perimeter of the bar and wine case – included costume wood trim; new tin ceilings; refinishing of existing tables and new seat covering materials; new display cases at the main entry; new state of the art wine cooler; modifications to the HVAC system; upgrade finishes; and replace two existing windows to become exterior access display cases. Additionally new exterior awnings were designed to meet the historic requirements set fourth by the local Historic Preservation Review Committee.
