This LEED Silver certified culinary institute included the adaptive reuse of the second oldest Farmer's Bank in New Jersey into a lounge and dining room and a new two-story addition with two teaching kitchens, a demonstration kitchen, and flexible teaching spaces, as well as a new outdoor public space.
