Located in Englewood, NJ, this special senior living community established in 1902 makes the lives of retired entertainers comfortable with patient-centered care in this new assisted living and skilled nursing facility (SNF). The Actors Fund Home—also known as The Lillian Booth Actors Home— opened the doors to the new three-story Shubert Pavilion which serves as a continuation of the ongoing rebuilding, expanding, and preservation of the Actors Home. The construction of Shubert Pavilion was Phase II of an ongoing project which included: a new sub-acute wing, new rehab gym, new memory care wing, and new assisted living wing with a memory garden. The new wing brings an additional 25 subacute beds and 14 assisted-living beds, in addition to a new rehabilitation center, to the existing 124-bed facility. More
The campaign aims to add 25,000 SF of new space and renovate the existing 30,000 SF of resident space. In addition, the group plans to construct a new two-story building that will house a 20-bed memory care unit, as well as a new medical suite, arts studio, dining room, bistro and memory care garden.
