Debbie collaborates with team members to continuously promote a culture that strives to improve the overall employee experience. She leads the firm’s staff and business initiatives including leadership development, employee development, strategic talent acquisition, and employee participation and engagement. She also contributes to the compensation and rewards plan that recognizes the achievement of specific strategic goals and objectives. Debbie facilitates the firm’s Women’s Leadership Development Group.
Inspired by a desire to help a company’s most important asset–its people–Debbie inspires the Spiezle team through education, mentoring, training, and collaboration. There is no greater joy in her eyes than seeing a co-worker attain their goals and emerge as strong and inspirational employee owners.
In her free time, Debbie can be found either on the golf course, assisting K-9 Rescue organizations, repurposing furniture, or drafting up plans for her latest interior redecorating escapade.
Debbie is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She received her associates degree in Business Administration and Finance from Bucks County Community College, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University. She attended Villanova University’s School of Professional Studies and achieved a certificate in Human Resources Leadership Management.
