We are currently seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager will work with a Principal in project planning, conceptual design, development, and presentations, to produce a final product in conjunction with the work of other architects, engineers, and technicians. Responsible for planning and conducting work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Functions in the role of project leader and handles project management tasks as well as coordinate design and technical aspects. Prepares and monitors work force determinations, budget estimating and monitoring, fee estimating, and scheduling. Must portray a mature, professional image and represent the company with a positive approach and attitude among internal and external contacts. The position may also require site-planning, oversight of construction documents and/or bid/contract management.
We are currently seeking a Project Architect. The position requires a licensed professional, with senior living and Revit experience preferred.

The individual will serve as the key point person with field staff on all design-related issues, and will be responsible for, and take ownership of, the quality and timely completion of assigned projects.

The position's key responsibilities are to serve as an integral hands-on member of the marketing department through successful completion of daily responsibilities, including proposals, qualifications, communications program implementation, thought leadership collateral, press releases, and social media.
The position's key areas of focus include: providing exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts, being instrumental in the accurate and timely completion of all marketing functions, strong verbal and written communications skills, and excellent client services skills and a positive attitude.
