ESOP Communications Committee

The ESOP Communications Committee’s is a catalyst for enhancing a culture of employee ownership through inclusion, education, promotion, and communications. Whether it’s a t-shirt design contest, charity project, wing bowl, company picnic or holiday event, our ESOP Communications Committee helps keep our team engaged throughout the year. They also celebrate our employee-owners when vested, and help each owner understand the individual impact we have on the growth of the firm.

 

Women’s Leadership and Development

The purpose of the Women’s Leadership Development Group (WLDG) is to create an environment of mutual support and to foster a culture that makes a positive difference in leadership development, for all women in the firm. All team members are welcome to join group meetings, events, and/or presentations they may be interested in.

 

Emerging Professionals Group

Our Emerging Professionals Group is an active group of up-and-coming professionals who support one another in their licensure endeavor and actively participate in charitable and community events. The group is a source of education, training, and support for Spiezle team members. Whether it’s attending a lecture series, studying for ARE exams, participating in Philadelphia’s PARKing Day, or just enjoying happy hour together, our professionals encourage collaboration and learning across all our offices.

 

Sustainability Committee

The Sustainability Committee is comprised of a dedicated group of employee-owners committed to the support and implementation of environmentally conscious practices within Spiezle. The committee’s inclusive structure encourages education, exchange of ideas, creativity, and innovation across our entire firm. Activities that the committee is responsible for include review and commentary on building design, systems and materials for use on projects; curation of articles, blogs and white papers on a variety of subjects; and distribution of news articles highlighting sustainable design topics and trends. We organize events like beach clean-ups and inter-office operational improvement initiatives and lead our firm’s tree planting initiative in conjunction with our clients. The Sustainability Committee supports the attainment of credentials and certifications such as LEED and WELL, recognizing the importance of designing and maintaining healthy, sustainable buildings, and we provide access to resources and continuing education opportunities. By integrating sustainability into our core processes and practices, we aim to not only reduce our environmental impact but also to drive positive change in the built environment.
