Christina Tedeschi

A problem-solver and collaborator at heart, Christina is a strategic leader who brings creativity, structure, and clarity to complex challenges. With 15 years of experience in multimedia communications, she draws on her background in journalism, graphic design, and photography to provide a holistic, thoughtful approach to guiding teams and advancing firmwide strategy and growth.
As Director of Strategic Pursuits at Spiezle, Christina focuses on building strong processes, driving continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities that support long-term growth. Christina also serves as Chair of Spiezle’s Mentorship Committee, where she was instrumental in leading the firmwide collaborative process in designing our mentorship program. She is actively involved with the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), has earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) credential, and oversees the SMPS Philadelphia Chapter’s mentorship program.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree with a double major in Art and Philosophy from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.
