As resident needs evolved and demand grew for a broader continuum of care, expanded housing options, and modern lifestyle amenities, Park Pointe Village required a transformative solution. This landmark, multi-phase expansion addresses those needs through new independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences, enhanced wellness and social spaces, and strategic improvements across the new and existing campus.
A Community Reimagined
Spiezle led the master planning and design for this visionary expansion, creating new opportunities for residents while strengthening connections across the Park Pointe Village community. The project broadens the range of living, wellness, and social experiences available to residents, fostering a more cohesive environment centered on choice, independence, and wellness. Through thoughtful planning and design, the expansion supports residents’ evolving needs while positioning the community for long-term growth.
This expansion introduces new assisted living and memory care accommodations, additional independent living options, and extensive enhancements to existing residential spaces and amenities. New carriage homes and a three-story independent living apartment building expand housing choices, while campus improvements strengthen accessibility, connectivity, and access to amenities.
At the heart of the expanded campus, a new 18,000-square-foot clubhouse serves as a vibrant hub for dining, recreation, worship, and social engagement. Designed around contemporary hospitality principles, the clubhouse features a wood-fired kitchen, indoor-outdoor dining, performing arts space, chapel, and pickleball gym, providing a welcoming destination where residents can gather, stay active, and build community.
Spiezle’s integrated landscape architecture approach extends the community experience outdoors, with spaces designed to encourage movement, wellness, and connection to nature. A new memory care garden, landscaped plazas and courtyards, walking trails, recreation and fitness areas, dog parks, sustainable site features, and community-branded signage contribute to a cohesive and restorative environment that supports a variety of lifestyles and daily routines.
Park Pointe Village’s expansion reflects evolving expectations for senior living and the growing demand for diverse housing and care options in the region.
