Spiezle Architectural Group Announces Expansion in Florida

New Space Accommodates Increased Services, Staff, and Geographic Expansion

Maitland, Florida

Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., an award-winning, full-service architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, electrical engineering and planning firm, announces today that it has opened an office in Maitland, Florida to assist its clients in K12 and higher education, healthcare, senior living, urban planning and mixed use/multi- family markets. Responding to continued growth, the Spiezle team designed a modern, more efficient space to accommodate the increased services, staff, and geographical expansion of its business, centrally located near the I-4 corridor with easy access to Tampa and Jacksonville. The new office location is in the Lake Destiny Executive Center at 1101 Lake Destiny Road, Maitland, Fla.

“We are pleased to expand our presence in the Florida region and look forward to becoming an integral partner within the community,” said Thomas S. Perrino, President and CEO of Spiezle Architectural Group. “This new office location is part of our “Smart Growth” approach to continue strengthening the firm and client relationships, both now and for years to come. Our enhanced space provides us with the ideal atmosphere to fulfill our ongoing mission to continue serving our valued clients and to develop new relationships.”

The Maitland office is Class A space, designed with an open-layout and contemporary look that has been built to fulfill the needs of the firm’s strategic growth within the region as well as the continuing development of the firm’s markets in government, commercial, hospitality and not-for-profit.

A state-of-the-art work environment, the office is built to inspire transparency, collaboration and creativity among professionals through a combination of open workspaces and smaller gathering areas critical to the spectrum of daily activities. Natural light and daylighting were some of the main driving elements for the office layout. The furniture was specifically designed with a low horizon allowing natural light to flood the space. All team members have a view of the beautiful lake from their workstations.

“We are excited to continue assisting our clients in the Florida market from our new office space,” says Steve Siegel, Principal at Spiezle Architectural Group. “This market presents a unique opportunity for our clients and Spiezle to bring a track record of proven success to the region.”

Spiezle’s move-in date was September 21, 2020. With consideration to the Coronavirus, an Open House will be scheduled soon to officially welcome them to their new home.
