Dave has over two decades of experience as a mechanical engineer working with owners, contractors, and architects to create the built environment. He is known for his ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic thinking, helping clients achieve high-performing, sustainable outcomes.
He focuses on creating buildable designs and understands the impact of solutions that make sense both financially and environmentally. Dave is a licensed professional engineer and is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for his advanced knowledge of LEED rating systems and green building practices.
Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
