Celebrating Our 2025 Vesting Class!

Earlier this month, we were excited to come together to celebrate the vesting of 14 dedicated employee-owners. Colleagues traveled from various offices, and others joined virtually from across the country, to be part of the celebration, making it a true reflection of who we are—connected, collaborative, and committed to growing together.

Each member of this year’s vesting class received a personalized block engraved with their name and vesting year. One by one, they placed their block on our Vesting Wall—a tradition that symbolizes ownership, and the lasting impact our people have on the firm. With each new block added, the wall becomes a living story of the individuals who help shape our culture and our future.

This annual ceremony is especially meaningful as it demonstrates our shared purpose. Leaders, mentors, peers, and colleagues came together to acknowledge not only years of service, but also the consistent contributions, commitment, and professionalism these team members demonstrate every day.

As an employee-owned company, moments like this matter deeply. Employee ownership means everyone has a stake in our long-term success—it encourages accountability, collaboration, and pride in the work we do.
