Neshaminy School District Moves forward with New Elementary School

Neshaminy School District is moving forward with plans for a New Elementary School on the Tawanka Elementary School site in Lower Southampton. The school board has hired Spiezle Architectural Group to design their new K-5 school, which will be approximately 125,000 SF and is planned to support 1,200 students. The new elementary school is part of an overall plan to make the school district more efficient in the use of its facilities through a proposed consolidation plan. Spiezle will provide professional guidance through the Pennsylvania Department of Education processes and options to maximize available funding and educational opportunities. The new elementary school will be designed to provide a cost-effective, energy-efficient building as well as a modern and nurturing learning environment.
