Spiezle Honored with the NJBIZ 2025 Empowering Women Award for the Third Year
Spiezle is proud to announce that the firm has been recognized as a 2025 Empowering Women Honoree by NJBIZ. This is the third consecutive year that Spiezle has been honored with the award, which demonstrates the firm’s continued commitment to elevating women through professional development, mentoring, job advancement, and philanthropic opportunities. NJBIZ honorees will receive these awards at the NJBIZ 2025 Empowering Women Companies Lead the Way event on Tuesday, November 18 at the Marigold in Somerset, NJ.
“Year over year, we’ve had a sustained commitment to our Women’s Mentoring Program and increased promotions of women, their roles on the leadership team, and community-focused initiatives that encourage and support women at all levels,” said Thomas S. Since being honored in 2023 and 2024, Spiezle has increased its firmwide percentage of women to 45% of its workforce and has seen a 55% increase in the promotion of women over the last year. Spiezle’s leadership team now comprises more than 25% women and has increased the number of women chosen as summer interns who earned full-time positions. The firm actively supports the growth and advancement of women in the profession and industry by expanding philanthropic and community initiatives — including sponsorships, scholarships, fundraisers, and career presentations — that create pathways for women to thrive and lead. Beyond education and community efforts, Spiezle regularly partners with small, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and women-owned businesses, helping to build a more inclusive and equitable ecosystem in the industry.
