Mountain View Golf Clubhouse | Mercer County Parks Commission
One of several high profile projects designed for the Mercer County Park Commission, this award-winning clubhouse exceeded all expectations and immediately became a premier public golf destination. The new clubhouse includes a bar and grille room, a 120 person banquet facility, full-service kitchen, locker rooms, and golf pro shop. The unique design included a complete reorganization of the course, and a re-design of the 10th hole. This allowed the course and building to complement the residential surroundings.

The clubhouse is situated to take advantage of views toward the incoming 18th fairway and green, and includes a new free-standing golf cart canopy shelter. Spiezle’s design solution created a multi-use public recreation facility that has significantly increased revenue.
