Whittier High School Additions and Renovations | KIPP: Cooper Norcross Academy
This renovation and addition project includes the realignment of existing programmatic elements within the previously renovated 1910 school building and 2017 Gymnasium/Cafeteria addition as well as the construction of a new three story, 54,000 SF addition.

This $20 million “middle school to high school” conversion focused on creating renewed and broadened educational environments, enhanced sports and supporting facilities, additional classrooms, cafeteria, science, art and music rooms and improved security for the school. The project included an early steel submission package and a GMP with the construction manager who we coordinated with during the design development and construction documents phases of the work.
