Spiezle collaborated on a multi-phase renovation to reimagine the dining venues at this independent and assisted living facility in the suburbs of Chicago. The main restaurant space features a new entry with a welcoming hostess/greeting station. The main space features a dramatic segmented wood ceiling, custom carpet and elegant finishes along with a double-sided cylindrical wood-fired pizza oven in the center of the new serving kitchen.

The space also includes a luxurious private dining space and a teaching kitchen, both of which can be opened via a custom designed folding glass wall to the main dining space. A new day-to-day dining venue featuring modern amenities and options will offer residents an entirely new dining experience.
