Nestled within downtown Princeton, the additions and renovations to this historic building and centerpiece of the community provide modern comforts and amenities to patrons while significantly increasing the number of guestrooms and entertainment venues. The outdoor dining plaza and entry to the Yankee Doodle Tap Room, as well as other renovations have already been completed.

Renovations and mechanical system upgrades occurred while maintaining all building operations. Planned addition includes a six-story addition including a basement; retail stores, ballroom expansion, 40 new guest rooms and ADA-upgrades.
