Spiezle worked with Rumson Board of Education to improve the safety and security of the school while also providing updates for various program needs. This includes extensive HVAC work, site & site utility work, security upgrades, as well as various alterations and corridor renovations at two existing schools, including locker room and media center upgrades.

Also included is a new connecting multi-purpose room addition for the students, staff, and community. Addition features include a lobby, multipurpose room with stage, toilet rooms, conference room, storage, green room, security office, and concession room. Various site improvements include a new plaza in front of the new multi-purpose room addition; a reconfigured, safer bus loop; and relocated playgrounds and sports fields.
