Celeste Venceller Promoted to HR Manager

Celeste Venceller has been a part of the Spiezle family for over 20 years, and we are pleased to announce her promotion to Human Resources (HR) Manager. Celeste’s strong communication skills, detail-oriented nature, and strong work ethic will help her thrive in this new role as she effectively supports the firm’s people, strategic goals, and culture.

As HR Manager, Celeste will oversee the day-to-day needs of Spiezle’s employees, implement employee benefit programs, and work with our consultants to ensure HR compliance. She will provide training and guidance concerning employment, benefits, and other HR items. Her emphasis on improving employee culture focuses on transformational human resources strategies, such as coaching, succession planning, conflict resolution, professional development, and relationship building. Throughout her two decades with the firm, her leadership, and employee-oriented approach have been vital in promoting the company’s culture.
